What Patients are Saying
Who are we?
It's simple: we are you.
You have something holding you back from doing the things that bring you joy. You are frustrated because nothing seems to help, at least not for long. You have likely already tried to get help, only to be discouraged because your doctor is always rushing to the next patient. You are tired of sitting on the sidelines as an observer to the life you should be out there living. Does this sound familiar?
We are medical professionals who have seen patients eager to heal, but unsure of where to even start. We get it, you have a lot of questions and we are here to answer them.
Take the first step: Send us an email or call to book your free Discovery Visit! This visit is absolutely free, we don't ask for deposits and there are no fees involved whatsoever. You wont be crammed into a video conference with ten other patients and forced to wait. Your session will be ONE ON ONE time with your therapist, asking questions and learning more about each other so that we can empower you to take your life back.
You have nothing to lose but a few minutes of your time, and everything to gain. We look forward to meeting you!

The origin story
When Dr. Plowman was serving in the Navy as the sole Physical Therapist on board an aircraft carrier, she earned the call sign (nickname) of "Pain Boss." In honor of this recognition and because of her professional passion of helping patients be the "boss" of their pain, she named her practice Pain Boss Physical Therapy.
